La Caya Vintage Cigars Maduro Robusto are handmade with a blend of extremely aged Dominican Piloto and Nicaraguan Habano long-fillers, all wrapped in a Dominican Cuban-seed Piloto binder and a dark, rich Maduro wrapper.
This combination of aged tobaccos provide a medium bodied smoke with a smooth, slightly sweet tobacco taste. It has waves of toasted nuts, mild cedar, anisette and light breezes of licorice. The end brings you a tad of raw cocoa and coffee. After being carefully handmade, these Robusto cigars were extensively aged in a cedar lined aging room before being hand-packed in boxes of 25 cigars. La Caya has been making cigars in the Cibao tobacco region of the Dominican Republic since 1997. While they're a well known cigar maker in the industry, they're not well known to cigar smokers. That's because they usually make cigars for other cigar companies, under the company's own brands. Many of their hand made cigars have earned top ratings and praise. A few years ago they decided to take their best tobacco and make a limited amount of ultra-premium cigars under their own La Caya brand.
Only a few boxes made it out to the stores and a limited group of cigar aficionados. Even Smoke Magazine loved these, giving them a 92 rating. After these cigars were extensively aged we bought their whole inventory. We got a great deal and are passing the saving on to you.

disappointing selection
Should have stuck with my usual selections;tried this on a whim and they are horrible tasting,very poorly packed within the wrapper.Most of the bundle is still left so do not know what to do with them.

This cigar everyone should try.Not my number one but it comes in second.I love my LA CAYA VINTAGE CHURCHILL MADURO 7X50 their out of stock so I ordered this and it's a very good cigar.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
