    but cigars were sub-standard. Still a good value for the money, but I would have loved to have received more than just 10 good cigars, and 40 slightly adequate. 1/2 quality cigars would have been nice.

    this is my third Cuban Crafters humidor. Thought that I would try the package deal. Would have given 5 stars, but not to thrilled with the cigars to this point. some have been so dry they crumbled apart, several others unable to draw any air through. So far only a handful have actually been good. And those are flavorful and good smoke. Not sure as to why the others have not worked. I still have about 30 left to try. For the price not a bad deal, if a few more cigars work out. The humidor itself is worth the price.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
