Toscano Master Aged

The constant care of the «affinatore», a highly experienced cigar blender fulfilling the task of ensuring the top quality of the cigars with periodic checks of the maturation process. The long and meticulous aging process, never shorter than one year, where cigars are stored in specific maturation cells. The tobacco used for Master Aged cigars has a longer drying process than the standard TOSCANO^® Cigar.  Starting from the 5th day of maturation, the product is checked every day for specific humidity and temperature standards, that need to be maintained constantly. The whole maturation process last for at least 360 days in total, with the use of specific maturation cells. (By Toscano Cigars)
