    Bought this as a gift; it was the second try as the first from another company with the same style (glass top, hygrometer front) had issues with the hygrometer not sealing and falling out. The quality for this one is excellent, but the recipient had the same issue - hygrometer not fitting tightly and falling out. Recipient couldn’t get the humidity level above 40. Embarrassing. I have a 13 year old CC humidor that I love; should’ve gotten that style. Lesson learned.

    The only issue I experienced with this is the hygrometer which is analog. I'd also suggest on this and any other humidor is getting a digital one and a humidifier that has the beads in them.

    My son received the gift for his birthday, he was very pleased. Better than keeping his cigars in Tupperware. Bought the solution & he prepared his humidor by instructions & got his humidity up in the 70 range. He is happy

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
