La Caya Big Figurado cigar is a mild to medium-bodied handmade Dominican beauty. This large 7 inch Figurado cigar has a blend of Cuban-seed Dominican Piloto and Nicaraguan Habano long-fillers in a Cuban-seed Piloto binder and a natural Cuban-seed Habano wrapper. The combination of aged tobaccos provide a rich smoke with a smooth taste. You'll sense waves of cedar, licorice and toasted nuts. The finish is as good as the beginning, smooth and mellow.
After these Figurado cigars were skillfully handmade, they were aged in a cedar lined aging room for over 2 years before being hand-packed in bundles of 20 cigars. La Caya has been making cigars in the Cibao tobacco region of the Dominican Republic since 1997. While they're a well known cigar maker in the industry, they're not well known to cigar smokers. That's because they usually make cigars for other cigar companies, under the company's own brands. Many of their hand made cigars have earned top ratings and praise.
A few years ago they decided to take their best tobacco and make a limited amount of ultra-premium cigars under their own La Caya brand. Only a few boxes made it out to the stores and a limited group of cigar aficionados. Even Smoke Magazine loved these, giving them a 92 rating. i bought them looking for a great every day cigar! I found them just ordered another bundle, no soft spot, burn even, draw is very good for price. the taste is very good too! right down to nub. I am a truck driver. these are great smokes for me! nice and mild body and flavor! just a good all around cigar! easy on wallet too! mike Mikey said! try it you will like it! lol!

very good cigar for the price, but !!
I liked this cigar tasty and smokes like velvet not hot to the very end. But I must say when I received the bundle they were a bit dried out. Put them in humidor for a few days and they were more plyable and ready to smoke.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
