    I have had my cutter for years and purchased this one as a gift for a friend. The cutter makes a great cut and looks good doing it! Whenever people use it for the first as soon as they pick it up they say, "wow! Now that's a cutter!".

    the postage and processing of the order was very quick- it arrived in under 2 weeks with regular mail to Australia, it is a lovely cutter that looks like a piece of steampunk art and works perfectly. a lovely cutter i highly recommend :-)

    They look like something out of Stargate!!
    Well crafted, smooth action.
    I'm actually going to use them for cutting Horse Hair tassles. I needed to have cutters that held the hair while cutting and these fit the bill perfectly.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
